Every Pittenger Builders' home whether it be modular or site-built, comes with a 10-year structural warranty as well as manufacturer warranties on all appliances, heating, and other building materials.*

If anything covered by the warranty should go wrong with your home during the warranty period, we will repair it quickly - and with a smile. Our goal is your satisfaction, and there's nothing we take more seriously. If you don't have your appliance warranty, you can go to the manufactures website to retrieve it. Usually, you will be able to order another copy from the website or call the manufacturer directly.

 

*Only work that was installed by Pittenger Builders is warranted under the Limited Warranty. For modular home construction and anything installed after your home was built is subject to with the manufacturer or installer for warranty information.
