This project is currently underway, consisting of a second-story addition and significant exterior and interior renovations. This home will gain an additional 1,186 sq. ft. of living space, with a completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.

Second Floor Expansion
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ
Expansion of the second floor with gable bump-out allows for two new bedrooms and a bathroom. The white vertical board and batten siding, and black metal roofing add dimension to the exterior.

Exterior Renovation
A simple exterior renovation gives this home a craftsman-style look. Traditional vinyl siding was replaced with vinyl cedar shake and manufactured stone. The extension of the gable soffit an the addition of a window gives detail to this home's exterior.

Interior Remodel
Enlarging the entryway to the dining area and removing the door to incorporate a larger window allows for more cabinetry with a feeling of openness. Farmhouse touches were incorporated using shaker cabinets, a shiplap ceiling, and a farmhouse sink.
